Could you present yourself?

My role within the university spans different areas, I am a Senior Lecturer in the Glasgow School for Business and Society and I manage and develop the Masters in Research Methods research programme which spans different disciplines across the university. My teaching expertise lies within the disciplines of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour and Research Methods which I teach at both undergraduate and Masters levels’. I am actively involved in research in the area of consumer behaviour and sustainability particularly looking at the context of organic food (including farmers’ markets), ethical fashion and beauty products. I have presented on these topics at conferences and published in peer reviewed academic journals. I am also an external examiner, a reviewer for academic journals, member of the scientific committee of a research methods conference and I am occasionally called upon to comment on consumer and retail issues within the national press.
